A pre-paid FedEx returns sticker is included inside every order. This label should be attached to your parcel before returning it at your nearest FedEx drop-off location.
Need a New Returns Label?
If you’ve misplaced your FedEx returns label, don’t worry — just get in touch with our customer service team. To help us issue a replacement quickly, please include the following details:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you’re returning
- The number of packages you're returning
- The box dimensions
- The weight of the package(s)
Once we’ve got this information, we’ll email you a replacement label and guide you through the next steps.
I’ve Lost My Order Paperwork — What Should I Do?
No dispatch note or invoice? No problem. Just make sure your order number is clearly visible when your return is opened at the warehouse.
You can either:
- Print your order confirmation email and place it inside the parcel, or
- Write your order number on a piece of paper and include it in the box
Please also keep hold of your proof of return postage until your refund has been completed — this helps us track your parcel if needed.
