Returning your order is easy — and it's free with FedEx.
Please note: All sale purchases are final. We do not accept returns on sale items unless the item is faulty, damaged, or you’ve received the wrong item.
Here’s what to do:
- Repack your item(s) in their original packaging and include the completed returns note (the paperwork included in your parcel).
- Remove or cover any old shipping labels.
- Attach the pre-paid FedEx return label (included in your parcel) to the outside of your package.
- Take your parcel to your nearest FedEx drop-off location – you can find one here.
- Make sure to get proof of postage with tracking details and keep this safe until your return has been processed.
- Once your return arrives at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 14 working days.

What Does The FedEx Return Label Look Like?
You’ll find a pre-paid FedEx return label inside your parcel. It looks like this:
Just attach this label to the box you’re returning and make sure any old shipping labels are removed or completely covered.

Can I Exchange My Online Order?
We don’t offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size, colour, or item, simply:
- Return your current order for a refund.
- Place a new order online at www.carvela.us
What Is Your Returns Policy?
You can return items within 30 days of purchase for a full refund to your original payment method.
To be eligible, items must be:
- Unworn and unused
- In their original packaging
- With tags and barcodes intact
Refunds will be issued within 14 working days from when your return reaches us. You’ll receive:
- An email once your return arrives at our warehouse
- Another email once your refund has been processed
Please note:
- Delivery charges are non-refundable
- Promotional discounts used on original purchases won't carry over to new ones
- Returns are only accepted for items bought from www.carvela.us — anything bought elsewhere must be returned to the original retailer.
