Club Carvela Birthday Code

- Please ensure you have updated your birthday on your Carvela account to receive 25% off one full price item on www.carvela.us with a valid email address.
- Your 25% off gift will be emailed on your birthday but to ensure you receive this, please ensure your birthday has been entered into your account information at least 7 days before the date.
- We are only able to issue birthday codes for birthdays in the future and are unable to backdate these or apply them retrospectively.
- Only one birthday gift will be sent per customer in a 365-day period. Birthday codes cannot be used on items that are in sale/offers.

As a member of Club Carvela, each month you shop with us online, you will be automatically entered into our giveaway to win a pair of Carvela shoes or bag of your choice.
Terms and Conditions For Winners
- The winner is selected at random and will receive an email from Club Carvela on the 1st of the month indicating what they have won. This will either be a pair of Carvela shoes or a Carvela bag.
- The code is valid on www.carvela.us only.
- The code is a one code per customer and single use only.
- The code has a maximum value of $250 and will be valid for 30 days from the date emailed.
- The code excludes all sale and promotional items.
- If the item is returned, the code cannot be re-issued unless the item is faulty.
- If you do not wish to participate in the monthly competitions, you can unsubscribe from our newsletter at any time.
Customer Service Codes
If you’ve received a promotional code from our Customer Services team, please note the following terms and conditions:
Valid Online Only: These codes can only be used on www.kurtgeiger.us and cannot be redeemed in stores.
Expiry: Codes are valid for 3 months from the date of issue.
Single-Use: Each code can only be used once and cannot be exchanged, transferred for cash, or used to pay for delivery fees.
Item Limit: A maximum of 10 items per order applies when using a code.
Keep it Safe: We are unable to replace any lost or deleted codes.
Returns: If you return your order or any items purchased with a code, the code will not be reissued. (This does not affect your statutory rights.)
How to Apply: Enter your code in the ‘Promotion Code’ box at checkout before completing your order. Codes cannot be applied retrospectively.
